Day 50

Recovery week started and I took advantage.  I skipped Yoga last night.  I was a little busy and 90 minutes of yoga is quite a bit.  I will get back to it this week.  My goal from here on out is to not skip another workout for the remainder.  I only have a little over a month left.  Let's do this.

Day 46-49

Thursday was Yoga.  I did the whole video again.  Not my favorite, but I did it.  Friday was Legs and Back with Ab ripper X.  Again, not my favorite, but finished it.  I did skip Kenpo this weekend.  I had a bad weekend.  There were a few Christmas parties to attend and some bad eating all around.  I really need to kick it in gear this week.  I am over half way done and feel like I need to keep working on things.  This week is recovery week and then it is on to the home stretch.  Here we go.

Day 45 - Back and Biceps with Ab Ripper X

If this doesn't get my arms pumped up, I don't know what will.  That is a lot of curls in one hour.  The pullups were impossible again.  I did all of them with a little help.  I really need to get the bands out and start using them.  That is the next thing I need to do.  I think I figured out how to modify all the ab exercises to really get the most out of the workout.  I really felt it last night.  I am pretty excited about that.  And, I was able to do all my reps of the mason twist, both times this week.  You definitely feel those.

It is hard to believe I am half way done.  I am pretty pumped about it.  I am getting ready to start my recovery week and then it is on to phase three.  My goal for the second half of the program is really work on my eating habits so that I can see max results.  Wish me luck.  Here I go.

Day 44 - Plyometrics

There's not much to say about this workout that hasn't already been said.  It is a monster.  My legs are still sore and I was breathing pretty heavy.  I am getting a little better with some of the moves, but I'm still not all the way there.  I am looking forward to the recovery week next week.  I need it.  I'm starting to wear out this week.  I need to recharge and get my momentum for the 3rd phase.

Day 43 - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps with Ab Ripper X

This workout is rough.  Afterwards I could barely lift my arms enough to take off my shirt.  Wow!  Those pushups are brutal.  One arm pushups are not happening.  Clap/Plyo pushups are not happening.  I substituted regular pushups a few times last night.  That is one tough workout.  Not to mention, my legs are still sore from my Sunday workout.  Also, I substituted a few different moves during the ab video.  That was a good idea.  I got a lot better workout during this.  I was actually doing more crunches instead of sitting there because my legs wouldn't work.  The next thing is to get the bands out and use them a little more.

Monday, December 13, 2010

Day 40-42

It was kind of weird weekend.  I didn't workout Thursday or Friday night.  However, I did do Kenpo on Saturday and Legs and Back on Sunday.  I felt bad about missing two nights, so I wanted to keep up the weekend.  Kenpo was fine.  It works up a good sweat, but it's not terribly tough.  Legs and back is brutal.  My legs were shaky all night, but the pullups weren't too bad.  I am still thinking about getting out the bands and the other ab video to do.  We will see how it goes.  I am pumped about being almost halfway done.  I can't believe I've made it this far.  I did weigh myself this weekend and I have lost almost 5 pounds.  I'm not too concerned with the number, because hopefully I am putting on some muscle weight as well.  I am on to week 7.

Day 39 - Nothing

I'll admit it, I got a little lazy last night and didn't feel like doing much.  I skipped the yoga video.  I should have done it, but if it wasn't 90 minutes, I probably would have done it.  It sounds like I'm making excuses, which I sort of am.  I'm ready to get back to it tonight.  I'm almost half way done.

Thursday, December 9, 2010

Day 38 - Back and Biceps with Ab Ripper X

This is a tough workout, but pretty neat.  You can actually feel every move.  Basically every move involves the biceps, you feel it the rest of the night.  I improved on most of the moves from the previous week.  I am thinking of switching the bands for some of the moves though.  My arms were so sore, I could barely do any pullups with some help.  I have also been contemplating switching out the ab video with a different one.  My legs are not flexible enough (or strong enough) to do some of the moves.  I feel like I'm not getting enough out of the ab video.  Don't get me wrong, I still feel it, but I have to stop on some of the moves because of either my legs or back.  I suck.

Still drinking lots of water and working on the food intake.

Wednesday, December 8, 2010

Day 37 - Plyometrics

As usual, this video is brutal.  All those run stance squats are rough.  My legs must be weak, because this really kicks my butt every week.  I felt like I did it a little better than when I first started.  Sometimes I get a little light headed, but I manage to make it through.  Yikes.

Tuesday, December 7, 2010

Day 36 - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps with Ab Ripper X

I felt pretty good last night and I tried to really hit this workout hard.  I don't think I did too bad.  There is no doubt that I got in a good workout.  My shoulders were burning.  There were a lot of pushups and shoulder moves.  I'm still pretty sore this morning.  The ab video was alright.  I can tell I'm getting some strength, but my legs and hips are preventing me from doing a couple of moves.  I started substituting some regular crunches.

I had plenty of water yesterday, but still struggling with food.  I really want to work on it, but it is hard to eat really healthy.  I'm trying.

Monday, December 6, 2010

Day 33-35

Friday I did Legs and Back with Ab Ripper X.  Nothing special about this workout.  I did much better on the pullups than I did on Back and Bicep day.  Legs are always rough.  I feel a little better about the ab video as well.  Still a long way to go, but I'll get there some day.  I skipped Kenpo this weekend.  We were a little busy this weekend and I just didn't feel like doing it.

I'm ready to get back on track this week.  This is the start of week 6.  Almost half way done.  It feels like I've been doing this for 90 days already.  No way am I going to give up.  I've still got a long way to go, but I want to finish this program.

Friday, December 3, 2010

Day 32 - Yoga

I was ready to skip this video last night, but decided I should go ahead and do it.  I'm glad I did.  The moves were a little easier last night.  My hips and legs are still not flexible, but hopefully this will continue to stretch them out.  My wrists and shoulders were hurting a little in the first half of the video.  Maybe I was just wore out from the other workouts this week.  Overall, I think it is helping me.

I have been getting away from the water a little bit and have been drinking more tea.  That's okay though, right?  I had a few mini grilled chicken rollups for lunch and a sub sandwich for dinner.  I did have a small cup of ice cream for dessert.  I deserved it though.

Thursday, December 2, 2010

Day 31 - Back and Biceps with Ab Ripper X

This was a pretty rough workout.  Not that I expected it any other way.  Basically 45 minutes straight of curls.  My biceps were burning by the end of the night.  I actually kind of liked the workout, except for all the pullups.  My arms were burning so good, I couldn't do very many pullups at all.  The ab video is getting slightly easier, but still brutal.  I'll get there at some point.  I can't wait for yoga tonight (yeah right).

Things are still going okay with the food.  I've got to keep working on it.  I've been pretty surprised that I haven't really craved a pop lately.  Maybe I just have a little will power after all.

Wednesday, December 1, 2010

Day 30 - Plyometrics

Oh, the plyo workout.  What a beast.  It's been a while since I've done this one and it was hurting.  All those squats were killing me.  My legs were getting wobbly and I was getting pretty wore out.  I made it through the whole thing.  On about the third set of squats, I almost keeled over.  I can tell my legs are pretty weak and that I need to work on it.  I am a little scared to see the rest of the week's videos as well now.  I am getting my butt kicked this week.

I think I did pretty good eating yesterday.  I had 2 nutri-grain bars for breakfast, with an orange mango fruity health drink.  I had a club wrap for lunch with some broccoli soup.  I did have one piece of pizza and 2 breadsticks for dinner.  I drank tea and water all day.  I am feeling pretty good.  Oh, and I'm a third done with my program.  Time to kick it up a notch.

Tuesday, November 30, 2010

Day 29 - Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps with Ab Ripper X

This was the start of Week 5 and Phase 2.  This video was a monster.   I wasn't quite prepared for this one.  This was definitely a step up from the previous round videos.  There were one arm pushups (yeah right) and all kinds of funky tricep moves.  I didn't do very many pushups.  Most of them were a bear.  No such thing as easy standard pushups.  This is one area I do want to improve on.  I will be interested to see how much tougher the rest of this week's videos are.  I'm ready for a few new challenges.  I need to bring it.

I've continued to try and watch what I eat.  I am trying to make that a bigger priority in this phase.  I can see some small results and I know I am getting a little stronger.  I want to make a big breakthrough in this phase.  I need to keep up the water and just keep working on it.

Day 26 - 28

Thanksgiving break was pretty rough.  Between all the tempting foods and being so stressed out with potty training a 2-1/2 year old boy, it was not so good.  I did the Kenpo video, but missed the yoga and core video.  I'm not too happy with myself, but I'm ready to go this week.  I am starting Week 5, which is actually phase 2 of the program.  I'm excited to see the new videos (and a little scared).  I'm sure I'll be sore again this week, but it's worth it.

I don't need to go into the details of the food consumption this weekend.  Yikes.

Friday, November 26, 2010

Day 24 - 25 - Thanksgiving

I skipped the last two days workouts.  Wednesday was just a lazy day and Thursday was Thanksgiving.  I figured if there was any day to skip altogether that was it.  I am going to try and make up at least one of these workouts this weekend though.  We'll see.  There will be lots of basketball and football on this weekend.  Besides, isn't this a recovery week?

I ate some hearty meals yesterday, but didn't completely over do it.  Still no pop.  It was water and tea all day.  Hopefully I can get back on track.  I can't wait for next weeks new workouts.

Wednesday, November 24, 2010

Day 23 - Core Synergistics

Holy cow!  I thought this was a recovery week.  This core video is pretty rough.  This thing hits the arms, legs, core, shoulders, arms, toes, fingers, everything.  I was breathing pretty heavy and sweating pretty good.  That was a full body workout.  I wasn't quite ready for that one.  If the rest of the recovery week is like this, I can't wait to get back to really working out.  Yikes.  I was pretty sore after that.

I had a lot of tea and water again yesterday.  I had a sub sandwich for lunch and some pizza for dinner.  Still not the best.  I still haven't missed a workout while I've been healthy.

Tuesday, November 23, 2010

Day 22 - Yoga

Recovery week begins with yoga.  I keep telling myself that this will help me out in the long run.  I think I have done a little better with this video than when I started.  I hope the flexibility continues.  There are some moves that still kill me, but I've tried to do them all.  There are some sequences where my legs burn and some where my shoulders burn.  My shoulder joints bothered me a bit yesterday.  I'm not sure what is going on there, but there was a little discomfort.  Oh well.

Lots of water yesterday.  I had a plain roast beef sandwich from Arby's with some waffle fries for lunch and some spaghetti for dinner.  There wasn't much snacking during the day.  I didn't feel too hungry most of the day.  Weird.

Week 3 Summary

Overall, I am pretty happy with the results since I started the program.  I got interrupted for a week with a sinus infection, but I'm back on track now.  I do feel more energetic and a little stronger.  I am looking forward to the recovery week.  But, I am actually kind of excited to see what the new videos will be like when I get back to it.  My main focus in the next few weeks will be my eating habits.  That is a constant challenge for me.  I think I can see some really great results if I work on my diet.  I can't wait to keep going.  After this week, I'll be almost a third done.

Day 19-21 - Legs and Back w/Ab Ripper X, Kenpo, Rest

Let's just do a combo summary from over the weekend.  Friday was legs and back.  My legs might be weak, but those lunges and squats are brutal.  I was sore for a few days after that one.  I feel like I'm starting to get more into some of the workouts now.  Kenpo was pretty good.  It is not extremely difficult, but you are constantly moving and work up a pretty good sweat.  It's a pretty fun video to do.  I did take my rest day this weekend also, which is recommended.  Overall, it was a pretty good weekend of workouts.  I'm glad to hit a recovery week.

I had a bad weekend of eating.  There were a few fast food meals, a pizza night, and enchiladas.  Most of that was off the diet plan.  I also had my first pop since I started the program.  Not really sure why, but I had one.

Friday, November 19, 2010

Day 18 - Yoga

Man, this workout is brutal.  It's hard to believe how much sweating and grunting goes on in yoga.  I'm still hoping this helps my flexibility.  Right now, it just feels like I'm an old man trying to be a gymnast or something.  I do feel like I'm getting a little better.  Last night my shoulders were still hurting a little from the workouts earlier in the week.  All in all, it wasn't too terrible.  I just need to stick with it.

I did have a salad for lunch and water all day yesterday.  I felt pretty good about that.  Dinner was a pot roast with potatoes and corn.  I've been trying to keep my focus on what I eat and drink.  I want to make this work.

Thursday, November 18, 2010

Day 17 - Shoulders and Arms with Ab Ripper X

This is actually a pretty fun workout.  Maybe because you are working muscles that people can actually see.  Plus, I feel like I'm getting a little stronger.  My shoulders were still a little sore from all the pushups the other day, but they felt pretty good last night.  For the most part, I matched or exceeded the previous week reps/weight.  That was nice.  I'm starting to get a little more comfortable with some of the moves too.

I need to really watch what I'm eating or I'm not going to get the results I want.  It is so hard to not eat certain foods and to change a lot of eating habits.  I'm doing okay with it, but still need some work.  I've been doing pretty good drinking water and not drinking pop.  I've still got a long way to go.

Wednesday, November 17, 2010

Day 16 - Plyometrics

Last night was pretty rough.  I didn't complete the video last night.  I've still got some congestion in my lungs and I was coughing pretty good and had to stop.  I took about a 5-10 minute break, but things didn't get any better.  I made it through about 15 minutes of the video.  That was a little frustrating.  I was ready to get back to things.  I hope tonight is better.

I did drink quite a bit of water and tea yesterday.  Probably got close to my goal.  Dinner was a rush last night and I had a few slices of pizza.  Probably not what I should have been eating.  For lunch I had a sandwich from Quiznos.  Things are going okay.

Tuesday, November 16, 2010

Day 15 - Chest and Back with Ab Ripper X

Well, I'm back to working out.  After a long week of being sick, I started again last night.   My arms are pretty sore, but I was able to just about match everything I did before the break.  Ab ripper was pretty rough and I didn't do too good there, but I tried.  Do your best and forget the rest, or at least that's what Tony says.  I still have a few lingering effects from my sinus infection, but for the most part, I'm feeling pretty good.  I was glad to get back to things.

I need to still monitor what I'm eating a little better.  I haven't had a pop yet and I'm working to drink a lot of liquids.  So far so good.  I can't wait to get through this week, so I can have a recovery week.

Monday, November 15, 2010

Still here

I'm sure everybody has been dying to know what is going on.  Well, I didn't quit, give up, or stop working out.  I did take a little over a week off, not what I was hoping for.  I had a bad sinus infection that really knocked me on my ass.  I feel a lot better now and I am hoping to resume tonight.  I still haven't decided if I'll jump in and start "Week 3" or if I should do a another week just to get back in the swing of things.  I will let you know soon.  I may do the full week and see how I feel.  If I feel good then I'll count it as week 3 and if not, then I'll do an extra week.  I am really anxious to get back out to the garage and working out again.  My 90 days might end up like 106, but it'll work out.

Monday, November 8, 2010

Day 12-14

For those of you wondering, I didn't quit the program.  I came down a nasty little bug and didn't have the energy to workout.  I missed legs and back on Friday and kenpo X on Saturday.  I'll be back though.  I'm still not feeling great and my body aches.  My breathing is a little heavy from not being able to breath through my nose very well.  I hope to get back into things tonight, but I'm not sure.  I may push everything back a few days.  I'm still motivated to finish the program, I just didn't have the strength to do it.

Friday, November 5, 2010

Day 11 - Yoga X

What a killer.  My flexibility has a long way to go.  This time through, I noticed a lot more shoulder/arm, and leg work than last time.  I still enjoy the second half of the video much better.  The stretching will help me in the long run.  Last night was one of the first times that I wanted to skip a video.  I knew I shouldn't and I decided to stick it out.  This video, being and hour and half, is pretty rough.  It just takes up so much time.  I just keep telling myself that it will help me out.

I drank a lot more tea yesterday than water.  I did have some water though.  My eating probably wasn't the best.  I had a donut in the morning(Doh!).  For lunch I did a sub from McAlisters and some potato salad.  Dinner was barbeque and I had some brisket, cole slaw, and potato salad.  I still need to work on this part of the program a lot.  It is hard to find healthy stuff sometimes.

Thursday, November 4, 2010

Day 10 - Shoulders and Arms with Ab Ripper X

This is actually kind of a fun workout.  Arms are one area where it is easy to see if you are getting results and getting stronger.  It is a tough workout, but a good one.  I improved most of my reps/weight from last week.  Again, I don't know if I am actually getting stronger or just pushing myself more.  The ab video still kills me.  My abs aren't killing me too bad, but my legs are not flexible enough for some of the moves.  My hips cramp up and my thighs burn on some of them.  Hopefully that will improve.  I actually subbed some standard crunches for the sets where I can't do the moves.

Water consumption was not too good yesterday.  I ate pretty light most of the day.  Small bowl of cereal, one hot pocket, a few cookies, and spaghetti for dinner.  No pop again and feeling good about it.  I am almost through 2 weeks already.  Bring it on.

Wednesday, November 3, 2010

Day 9 - Plyometrics

This workout is pretty tough.  I'm pretty sure I did more/better than last week.  The squats make the butt hurt.  Yikes.  There was surely some sweat flowing last night.  My legs feel good today.  It might take another day or so before they get really sore.  Last week, it took almost 5 days for the soreness to go away.  I feel pretty good though.  Some of the moves are still pretty tough to do, but I think I can get there over time.  We'll see.

I did pretty good with water yesterday.  I snacked pretty good all day and had a small Quiznos sub for lunch, with an ice tea.  For dinner I ate some homemade chicken taco soup.  It was pretty good as well.  After the workout, I was hungry and had a nutri-grain bar with a protein shake.  That seemed to do the trick.  I can't believe I'm already 10% done.  I only have another week and half before recovery week.  That will be nice.

Tuesday, November 2, 2010

Day 8 - Chest and Back with Ab Ripper X

Round 2 started last night.  This video is still a beast.  I did some small improvements.  I'm not sure if I actually got stronger or if I just paced myself better.  I did more pullups and more pushups than the first time through.  My shoulders are hurting pretty good now.  That last set of dive-bomber push ups is brutal.  Ouch.  My legs are just getting back to normal and I have plyo tonight.  Great.

I tried to keep a glass of water in front of me all day.  I'm not sure if I hit my goal, but I had to be close.  I think I did pretty good with food as well.  Sausage/egg croissant sandwich with chocolate milk for breakfast.  Some nuts and beef jerky for snacks.  A healthy deli sandwich with an orange for lunch.  And a small dose of salisbury steak and potatoes for dinner.  I feel pretty good today.

Monday, November 1, 2010

Day 7 - Rest

Day 7 was a rest day and it just so happened to be Halloween.  I only had a few small boxes of junior mints.  I did have a cheeseburger from Sonic, but I'm trying to give myself a small break on Sundays.  I'm doing okay, overall.  My butt is still sore.  I will be just getting back to normal when I have to do Plyometrics on Tuesday.  I feel good about my first week.  I'm pretty excited to see how things go in week 2.  I doubt I'll see much difference this week, but maybe in week 3.  Now that I've done a week, I know what to expect this week and next.  The first three weeks are identical and then there is a recovery week.  I can't wait for that.

Sunday, October 31, 2010

Day 6 - Kenpo X

Kenpo is kind of a fun workout.  You work pretty hard, but it goes by pretty quick.  There is a lot of punching and kicking.  This is not my favorite workout, but it still burns up a few calories.  This will also help me with some conditioning over time as well.  I hope.  I hate the blocking combination part of the video.  I got so confused and they moved so fast, I just stood there and stared at the TV for a minute.  Most of it was not too bad though.

I am sure I didn't drink enough water yesterday.  I had some at each meal, but didn't have anything in between.  I still have to keep working on that.  6 days with no pop and I'm still here.  Not many cravings for it yet.  Overall I ate okay for the day.  My legs and butt are still super sore though.  Hopefully next week will be better.

Saturday, October 30, 2010

Day 5 - Legs and Back with Ab Ripper X

Yikes.  Either my legs are weak or that was a brutal workout.  About half way through, my legs were getting wobbly.  Even simple lunges were getting pretty hard to do.  I got through most of it, but it was not easy.  My legs were already sore going into into the workout.  Those wall squats and groucho walks were not fun.  Hopefully I'll get a little stronger and will be able to get through it a little better.  The ab video is still rough.  My legs were too sore to do some of the leg raises.  I'll get there.  I still felt like I had a good ab workout.

I've got to continually work on my water intake.  It's not where I want it to be yet.  Maybe that's why I'm still so sore.  I slammed a protein drink after the workout last night though.  I had a sandwich from Schlotzky's for lunch and some homemade steak/tortellini stew last night.  The stew was awesome.  I'll have to make it again.  I munched on some pretzels and almonds during the day.  Week 1 is almost in the books.  Can't wait to move on to Week 2.

Friday, October 29, 2010

Day 4 - Yoga

That's right, I did yoga last night.  And it was an hour and a half video.  I don't really know how to describe it.  The first half of the video was a lot of balance poses.  I did okay.  I still have a lot of work to do on flexibility and leg strength in order to do better.  The yoga will definetly help me loosen up and get more flexible if I keep it up.  The second half of the video was mainly stretching exercises.  This will help me a lot.  My hips and legs are not very flexible.  I was even touching my toes by the end of the video.  I'm actually looking forward to working on my flexiblity more.  That is one of the goals of this program for me.

In terms of my food and water intake yesterday, I faltered a bit.  I ate some pretzels and nutri-grain bar yesterday.  But I also had a chicken sandwich and fries from Arby's.  Probably not the best, but I forget to pack a lunch.  For dinner, we were out running around and I had a bowl of chili and a small fry.  I keep telling myself that was better than a cheeseburger.  I don't know.  I stuck to water all day, except for a tea at lunch.  I need to keep working on my liquid intake.  That is hard to do.

Thursday, October 28, 2010

Day 3 - Shoulders & Arms and Ab Ripper X

I have made it through three days.  Only 87 more.  The workout was pretty tough once again.  My shoulders and chest were still pretty sore from day one.  I managed to do the whole video.  I didn't do all the reps that were suggested, but I did pretty good.  I may need to find some different weights also.  Some require more weight and some less than wha I have.  The ab video is still a killer.  I think I did a few more than last time, but the ab region was still pretty sore.  Overall a pretty good workout.

I ate pretty good until dinner.  I had a nutri-grain bar, some almonds, and some tangerines.  One hot pocket for lunch, but had 2 pieces of pizza for dinner.  I'm not sure if I had enough water again, but I'm trying.  At this rate, I'll lose weight just from peeing every 20 minutes.  I'm still sticking to the plan pretty good.  Tonight is yoga night.  Oh boy.

Wednesday, October 27, 2010

Day 2 - Plyometrics

Last night was the plyometrics video.  It doesn't sound hard, just a lot of jumping around and squats.  But, I was sweating pretty good.  My legs had a pretty good burn going on as well.  I was able to do the whole video, but it was pretty rough.  Chest and back was tough, but I had a lot of time to rest since my arms gave out on push ups and pull ups.  The ply video definitly burned a few calories.  My legs aren't super sore today, but maybe that's still coming.  My shoulders are still pretty sore from day 1 though.

I think I came pretty close to my goal on water.  I did have an ice tea for dinner, but water the rest of the day and a small chocolate milk after my workout.  My post workout snack also included a banana with some peanut butter, which was awesome.  I had some spaghetti for dinner and a sandwich and soup for lunch.  Made it without pop again.  I'm over 2 percent done with the program already.  I'm feeling pretty good so far.  The caffeine headaches are slowly going away.  On to day 3.

Tuesday, October 26, 2010

Day 1 - Chest & Back with Ab Ripper X

Day 1 is in the books.  I forgot how rough the push up/pull up combo is.  In regards to the video, I felt I did okay.  The push up portion was okay.  I ended up doing over 80 different types of push ups.  The pull up portion was not so good.  I don't even think I did over 20.  I did the whole video except for the very last set of pullups and back flys.  It wasn't going to happen.  I did the workout a little too soon after eating dinner and was feeling a sick toward the end.  I had to take about a 45 minute break before going back to do Ab Ripper X.  I probably only did about 25-30 percent of that.  My biggest problem was my hips cramping on me during some of the crunches.  I need to work pretty hard on my flexibility.  Day 3 will be my next chance at Ab Ripper X.

I felt that I ate pretty good all day.  Nutri-grain bar, banana, some nuts, and a health bar.  I had one hot pocket for lunch and some chicken and biscuits for dinner.  I think I came pretty close to my goal of 64 ounces of water.  No pop all day either.  I had a little headache all day.  That Dr. Pepper was calling my name.  Also, I noticed the boxes of donuts sitting around yesterday.  Come on people.

I'm pretty sore in my shoulders, but I'm doing okay.  This video is one tough mother.  I'm glad I only have to do it four more times.  I am on to day 2.

It Begins

Today is day 1 on my P90X journey.  I hope to record every workout and how I'm feeling.  As well as how I'm eating.  One of my goals is obviously to finish the 90 days, but to eat better and get in better shape.  Hopefully with the site, I can share how I'm doing and maybe get some encouragement along the way.  I've done some of the videos before and they are not easy.  I want to prove to myself that I can get it done.  I have a few small goals along the way as well.  I'm going to do the videos every day.  (Even the damn yoga.)  I am going to not drink pop for 90 days.  (Goodbye Dr. Pepper.)  Right now, my plan is to do all the videos in the evenings after the kids go to bed.  I will record how each workout went the following day.  That's the plan anyway.  I've already had my blueberry nutri-grain bar and I'm ready to go.
