Day 66 - 67

I took a day off on Wednesday.  I was exhausted and wouldn't have had a great workout anyway, so I skipped it.  I decided to do legs and back last night instead of doing yoga.  I may skip yoga this week and re-arrange a few of these workouts.  About 2/3 of the moves last night, I added some weight from previous workouts.  My reps went down on a few moves, but I added some intensity with more weight.  Abs are going okay as well.  My major concern is still eating.  I  don't know if I'll ever be able to fix it.

Day 65 - Plyometrics

Last night wasn't so good.  I only made it through about half of the video last night.  I was feeling a little light headed and a little nauseated.  I got a good 25-30 minutes in and then had to stop.  Hopefully tonight things will be back to normal.  I believe tonight is back and biceps.  I will be curious to see how the pullups go.  Usually with back and biceps, my arms are so tired that I can barely do any pullups.  My hope is that I am actually getting stronger and that I will be able to do more tonight.  I did buy some heavier weights as well.  That may cause some issues as well.  I am really trying to push myself.

Day 64 - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps with Ab Ripper X

Oh my.  That workout blasted my shoulders.  I added some weight and really pushed myself last night.  That was brutal.  I am sore this morning and last night I had a hard time taking a shower.  My arms wouldn't go above my head.  That was painful.  I am glad I pushed myself, but wow.  My arms are still a little in shock.  I'm glad I have been getting through the ab video pretty good as well.  I feel a lot better since I modified some of the moves.  Things are getting a little easier though.

Day 61-63

Legs and back was pretty interesting on Friday.   All of a sudden, I could do pullups.  I'm not sure where it came from, but I ended up doing 70 pullups during the workout.  That is a new record for me.  I was pretty pumped about it.  There are only 4 weeks left, 3 weeks of workouts and a recovery week.  I am really going to try and eat well the last few weeks.  I want to finish strong.  I did manage to skip Kenpo this weekend.  Kenpo is a decent workout, but doesn't do a whole lot for me.  I know that is no excuse, but oh well.

Day 60 - Yoga X

Oh yoga.  What is there to say about yoga?  Another tough workout.  My legs are once again, not very flexible.  It may take a year for me to get some good flexibility in my legs and hips.  I try, it just doesn't work.  I have been really sore this week.  I didn't think 2 weeks off would hurt this bad.  Yikes.  I am not looking forward to legs and back tonight.  Wow.

Day 59 - Shoulders and Arms with Ab Ripper X

This is another good workout.  The arms get ripped for an hour.  That is always fun.  No problems, everything felt pretty good.  Shoulders are still a little sore from all the pushups on Monday.  Triceps are a little sore today.  I pushed it pretty good last night.  I might need to get a set of heavier weights though.  There are a few moves that could use a heavier weight.  I may do that this weekend.  Everything else is going pretty good.  I am still struggling with my food intake.  That is always going to be a constant struggle.  I need to find out some way to get around this.

Day 58 - Plyometrics

Well, it was back to one of my favorite videos, Plyo.  I'm not sure why, but it didn't seem quite as bad as normal.  Don't get me wrong, I still don't enjoy it, but it didn't seem as rough as I remember.  I managed to get through it all again.  I am feeling pretty good about working out again.  I have definitely been hungry the last few days.  I am really started to burn some calories now.  Almost 2/3rds done with the program.  Pretty exciting.
